Land Registry Plans: Lease Plans & Title Plans
Whenever property is sold, let, divided, or newly registered, the Land Registry often requires an accurate plan showing the property boundaries and layout. Solicitors or conveyancers will usually ask for a Land Registry compliant plan before they can complete a transaction.
At Sutherland Surveyors, we prepare Lease Plans and Title Plans that fully comply with Land Registry requirements.
